3 cup (6 ounces) FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar or FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions, divided
4 tsp. chili powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup shredded taco blend cheese
PLACE 2 cups Crispy Fried Onions and chili powder in plastic bag. Lightly crush onions with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
DIP chicken into egg; then firmly coat with seasoned onion crumbs. Place chicken on baking sheet.
BAKE chicken at 400°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining onions. Let stand 2 min. until cheese softens.
