Ingredients

  • 3 cup (6 ounces) White Cheddar Crispy Fried Onions
  • 4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded taco blend cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PLACE 2 cups Crispy Fried Onions and chili powder in plastic bag. Lightly crush onions with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
  • 2 DIP chicken into egg; then firmly coat with seasoned onion crumbs. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  • 3 BAKE chicken at 400°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining onions. Let stand 2 min. until cheese softens.
