3 cup (6 ounces) Oignons frits à la française FRENCH’S®
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 lbs. bone-in chicken parts, skinned
2 large eggs, beaten
Place French Fried Onions with flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
Bake chicken at 375°F for 45 min. or until chicken is no longer pink near bone.
