Creole Burgers

Creole Burgers
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. creole or Cajun seasoning
4 each hamburger rolls
1 small tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Gently mix beef, bell pepper, onion, Worcestershire and seasoning. Shape into 4 patties.
Grill patties for 10 minutes until medium doneness (160°F internal temperature), turning once.
Serve burgers on rolls. Garnish as desired. Splash on more Worcestershire to taste.

Tips

Tip: Juice up everyday burgers with a pat of butter and a splash of FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce!
