CREAMY SPINACH ITALIANO


Ingredients:

1 cup ricotta cheese

3/4 cup half 'n' half or milk

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese and half 'n' half until well-combined. Stir in remaining ingredients except 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Pour mixture into greased deep-dish 9-inch pie plate.

Bake for 25 minutes until hot; stir. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes until onions are golden.
