COOK pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
MIX mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and lemon juice in large bowl. Add pasta and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
COVER. Chill salad in refrigerator until ready to serve.
