CREAMY POTATO SALAD
2 lbs. medium red potatoes
2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Sooo Creamy & Light™ Mild Mustard Blend
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and cut into 1-inch chunks.
Combine remaining ingredients, except bacon and egg, in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss until evenly coated. Gently stir in egg.
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Add bacon just before serving.
