1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup FRENCH'S BBQ Mustard Twangy Sweet ‘n Smooth™
6 corn muffins, split and lightly toasted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onion, chopped (optional)
BROWN ground beef, onion and pepper over medium heat; drain.
STIR in Mustard and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture over bottom of corn muffins. Sprinkle with cheese and green onion. Top with muffin top and serve.
