CLASSIC STEAKHOUSE BEEF TENDERLOIN
1 3.5 oz. tube FRENCH'S® Flavor Infuser® Classic Steakhouse
2 beef tenderloins, about 2 lbs. each
Preheat oven to 425°F. Unscrew tip of infuser, remove seal, and replace tip.
Inject tip into meat, lightly squeeze tube while slowly removing. Repeat evenly over entire tenderloin. Pour any remaining marinade on top.
Let stand for 10 minutes to allow flavor to infuse in meat. Arrange tenderloins in large roasting pan. Roast 20 minutes or until desired doneness. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
