2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 hamburger rolls, split and toasted
1/2 of a small avocado, sliced
1/2 cup sprouts
COMBINE mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream; set aside.
COMBINE beef, Worcestershire, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and seasonings. Form into 4 patties. Grill over high heat until juices run clear (160°F internal temperature).
PLACE burgers on rolls. Top each with mustard sauce, avocado slices, sprouts and remaining onions, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of rolls. (For a low carb diet, omit bun.)
Recipe Variations BBQ Cheese Burger: Top each burger with 1 slice American cheese, 1 Tbsp. CATTLEMEN'S® Authentic Smoke House Barbecue Sauce and 2 Tbsp. French Fried Onions. Pizza Burger: Top each burger with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and French Fried Onions. Salisbury Steak Burger: Prepare 1 package brown gravy mix according to package directions; stir in 1 small can, drained sliced mushrooms.
