2 tablespoons FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 pound ground beef

2 tablespoons FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 hamburger rolls, split and toasted

1/2 of a small avocado, sliced

1/2 cup sprouts


Combine mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream; set aside.

Combine beef, Worcestershire, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and seasonings. Form into 4 patties. Grill over high heat until juices run clear (160°F internal temperature).

Place burgers on rolls. Top each with mustard sauce, avocado slices, sprouts and remaining onions, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of rolls. (For a low carb diet, omit bun.)

BBQ Cheese Burger: Top each burger with 1 slice American cheese, 1 Tbsp. CATTLEMEN'S® Authentic Smoke House Barbecue Sauce and 2 Tbsp. French Fried Onions.

Pizza Burger: Top each burger with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and French Fried Onions.

Salisbury Steak Burger: Prepare 1 package brown gravy mix according to package directions; stir in 1 small can, drained sliced mushrooms. Spoon over burgers and top with French Fried Onions.

" This is a gormet burger. The sauce, onions, and avocado are fantastic. If you are thinking about a burger, put away the old stand-by list and make this a regular. It does take a little work to put together, but it's worth every second. I like to make half pound burgers so I have leftovers the next day. Add a slice of tomatoe and/or roasted red pepper for a variation. Love these burgers!!! "
