CITRUS GLAZED HAM STEAK
Ingredients:
2 ham steaks, cut 1/2-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup honey or molasses
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
Directions:
Score fat around edges of ham steaks with a sharp knife.
Combine remaining ingredients. Brush on ham. Grill over medium-high heat until steaks are glazed and heated through, basting often.
