CHILI MEATLOAF AND POTATO BAKE


Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey

3/4 cup salsa

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 egg, beaten

1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups prepared hot IDAHOAN®Mashed Potatoes

2 cups shredded taco blend cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix turkey, salsa, chili powder, egg, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, salt and pepper until blended. Press turkey mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish.

Bake 25 minutes until done and juices run clear. Drain off fat.

Combine potatoes with 1 cup cheese. Spread evenly over meatloaf. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts and onions are golden.
