Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
3/4 cup salsa
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 large egg , beaten
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar or FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups prepared hot IDAHOAN®Mashed Potatoes
2 cups shredded taco blend cheese
Directions
HEAT oven to 375°F. Mix turkey, salsa, chili powder, egg, 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions, salt and pepper until blended. Press turkey mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish.
BAKE 25 minutes until done and juices run clear. Drain off fat.
COMBINE potatoes with 1 cup cheese. Spread evenly over meatloaf. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and Crispy Onions. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts and Onions are golden.
