CHICKEN SATAY & PEANUT DIP
1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders, seasoned with salt and pepper
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
1/3 cup fat free chicken broth
1 tbsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
WEAVE chicken tenders on metal skewers. Coat with vegetable cooking spray.
MIX remaining ingredients in large bowl.
GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 min. until cooked. Serve with peanut dipping sauce.

Tip: Substitute 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into long strips.
