CHICKEN CARBONARA
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken tenders
1 jar (12 ounces) Alfredo sauce
1 cup milk
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 tablespoons real bacon bits
Hot cooked pasta
Directions:
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until browned.
Stir in Alfredo sauce and milk. Add 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, peas and bacon bits. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions.
