1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 large tomato, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions Caramelized Flavored
TOSS chicken with garlic and salt. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium high heat and brown chicken; remove. Add asparagus and cook 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add tomato and cook 2 minutes or until softened.
STIR in vinegar and cook 1 minute. Add broth and bring to a boil. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
COMBINE pasta, 3/4 cup Onions and chicken mixture in 2-quart baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and remaining Onions and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and Onions are golden.
