CHEESY SKILLET LASAGNA
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 jars (14 ounces each) marinara sauce
2 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Cook meat in large skillet until browned; drain. Stir in sauce, pasta and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Heat to boiling, stirring.
Spoon ricotta cheese over meat mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining 2/3 cup onions. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 3 minutes until cheese melts.
