1 lb. ground beef
2 (14 ounce) jar marinara sauce
2 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cups(4oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
COOK meat in large skillet until browned; drain. Stir in sauce, pasta and 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Heat to boiling, stirring.
SPOON ricotta cheese over meat mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining 2/3 cup Crispy Onions. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 3 minutes until cheese melts.
