1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops, 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick
1 seasoned salt
1 (8 ounce) jar pasteurized processed cheese spread
1/2 cup milk
4 cups frozen cottage fries
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar
1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
HEAT oven to 350°F. Heat oil in large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides; drain. Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt; set aside.
SPOON cheese spread into 2-quart baking dish. Place in oven about 5 minutes just until cheese melts. Stir milk into melted cheese; mix well. Stir cottage fries and 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions into cheese mixture. Divide broccoli spears into 6 small bunches. Arrange broccoli over potato mixture with flowerets around edges of dish. Place chops on top.
BAKE, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are done. Top chops with remaining Onions. Bake 5 minutes until Onions are golden.
