1 (16 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar
PLACE potatoes in 1- 1/2 qt. microwave-safe casserole. Cover. Microwave on HIGH for 5 min.
STIR in soup, milk, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
BAKE at 350°F for 25 min. or until hot.
Variations: Add 1 cup diced cooked ham, 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon, or 1 cup frozen peas. Look for FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle!
