CHEESY AU GRATIN POTATOES

Ingredients:

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can CAMPBELL'S® Cream of Celery Soup

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

Directions:

PLACE potatoes in 1 1/2 qt. microwave-safe casserole. Cover. Microwave on HIGH for 5 min.

STIR in soup, milk, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup French Fried Onions. Top with remaining cheese and onions.

BAKE at 350°F for 25 min. or until hot.

Tips from French's

Variations: Add 1 cup diced cooked ham, 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon, or 1 cup frozen peas.

Look for FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle!
