3/4 cup cherry preserves
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
4 (6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 cup Savory Onion Grits
MIX preserves, mustard, water and Worcestershire in measuring cup; set aside.
COOK chicken in hot oil in nonstick skillet until browned on both sides, about 15 min.
STIR mustard mixture into skillet. Simmer over medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked in center.
SERVE chicken with Savory Onion Grits (see recipe below).
Savory Onion Grits: Bring 3 cups water and 1/4 tsp. salt to boiling in large saucepan. Slowly whisk in 1 cup grits. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook 15 to 20 min. until thickened, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix 3/4 cup crushed FRENCH'S French Fried Onions with 2 tbsp. chopped parsley. Stir 1/2 cup mixture into grits. Sprinkle all with remaining onion mixture.
