French's Cheddar French Fried Onions add a cheesy crunch to these garlicky mashed potatoes. So satisfying and rich - you'll never want plain old potatoes again. Cheddary Mashed Potato Bake

Ingredients

1 (7.2 ounce) box BETTY CROCKER® roasted garlic mashed potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup (3 ounces) FRENCH'S® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions

Directions

HEAT oven to 375°F. Make potatoes as directed on package for 2 pouches (8 servings).
STIR in sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Heat through.
SPOON mixture into 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and French Fried Onions. Bake 10 min. until hot and golden.
