CHEDDARY MASHED POTATO BAKE
1 box (7.2 oz.) BETTY CROCKER® roasted garlic mashed potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups (3 oz.) FRENCH'S® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions
HEAT oven to 375°F. Make potatoes as directed on package for 2 pouches (8 servings).
Stir in sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Heat through.
SPOON mixture into 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and French Fried Onions. Bake 10 min. until hot and golden.
