CHEDDAR BROCCOLI POTATOES
Ingredients:
6 hot baked potatoes, split open lengthwise
1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked broccoli
1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) FRENCH'S® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions
3/4 cup pasteurized process American cheese sauce, melted
Directions:
Place potatoes on microwave-safe dish. Scrape cooked potato with fork to fluff up. Top with broccoli and French Fried Onions, dividing evenly.
Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until onions are golden.
Drizzle melted cheese sauce on top.
