CAROLINA BAKED BEANS & PORK CHOPS
2 cans (16 oz. each) baked beans
1/2 cup each chopped onion and green bell pepper
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Extra Tenderizing™ Worcestershire Sauce
4 thick boneless pork chops
HEAT oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except pork chops in 3-quart shallow baking dish; mix well.
BROWN pork chops about 5 min. per side in nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Arrange chops in bean mixture, turning once to coat.
BAKE, uncovered, 25 min. or until pork is no longer pink in center. Stir beans around chops once during baking. Serve with green beans or mashed potatoes, if desired.
