CARIBBEAN JERK PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients:

1 3.5 oz. tube FRENCH'S® Flavor Infuser® Caribbean Jerk

2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs. each)

Directions:

Unscrew tip of infuser, remove seal, and replace tip.

Inject tip into pork, lightly squeeze tube while slowly removing. Repeat evenly over both tenderloins. Pour any remaining marinade on top.

Let stand for 10 minutes to allow flavor to infuse in pork. Grill or roast 25 minutes or until desired doneness.
