CARIBBEAN JERK PORK LOIN
1 3.5 oz. tube FRENCH'S® Flavor Infuser® Caribbean Jerk
3 to 4 lbs. boneless pork loin
Preheat oven to 350°F. Unscrew tip of infuser, remove seal, and replace tip.
Inject tip into pork, lightly squeeze tube while slowly removing. Repeat evenly over entire pork loin. Pour any remaining marinade on top.
Let stand for 10 minutes to allow flavor to infuse in pork. Bake 45 minutes or until internal temperature registers 160°F.
