1 (5 ounce) package mixed salad greens
2 each medium pear, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions Caramelized Flavored
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
ARRANGE salad greens on serving platter. Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook pears 3 minutes. Add cranberries and cook 2 minutes of until pears are tender.
Arrange pear mixture over greens. Top with Onions, blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or your favorite vinaigrette.
