1 (11 oz.) pkg. refrigerated thin pizza crust
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
2 oz. prosciutto
1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions Caramelized Flavored
1 cup arugula
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Unroll dough and place on baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil. Bake 10 minutes or until light golden.
SPRINKLE cheese, prosciutto, tomato and Onions evenly over crust. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and Onions are golden.
TOSS arugula with balsamic vinegar. Spread evenly over flatbread. Cut and serve.
