1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro or parsley
1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs, low sodium
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 large egg, beaten
HEAT oven to 400°F. Combine turkey, cilantro, bread crumbs, mustard and egg in large bowl. Shape mixture into 1 inch meatballs.
PLACE meatballs in greased baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Serve with additional mustard on the side for dipping.
