1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 cups torn Romaine lettuce leaves
1 medium avocado, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
COMBINE mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese and garlic in a large bowl.
ADD lettuce and toss until evenly coated.
ADD avocado, bacon and French Fried Onions and toss gently.
Tip: For extra crispiness, microwave French Fried Onions on HIGH for 1 minute.
