4 4-5 oz. each bratwurst, pork & veal blend
4 hotdog buns, split and toasted
1 each red and green pepper, chopped
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
Grill brats to a golden color.
Sautée peppers and onion in oil stirring often to develop uniform golden brown color.
Place about 1/4 cup pepper onion mix on bottom of hotdog bun. Place bratwurst on top and squirt mustard on top. Enjoy!
