1 lb. ground beef
1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
1 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1 salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
HEAT grill to medium-high. Mix beef, 1/2 cup Crispy Fried Onions, 1/2 cup cheese and bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
GRILL patties about 10 min. until no longer pink in center (160°F internal temperature), turning once.
PLACE burgers on rolls. Top with remaining onions and cheese.
Tip: Don't have a grill? No problem. These burgers can easily be made indoors. Cook burgers in an oven-proof nonstick skillet about 6 min. until well-browned on both sides. Transfer skillet to the oven until burgers are cooked through, about 8 min. longer. Recipe courtesy of Jennifer Chandler.
