1/3 cup dill pickle juice
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
4 cups coleslaw with extra carrots
4 Kosher dill pickles , thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion , (optional)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2 Tbsp. FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
8 bun length hot dogs , grilled
8 hot dog buns , toasted
1 ripe mango , peeled and cut into thin strips (optional)
COMBINE pickle juice and sugar in medium bowl. Add coleslaw, pickles and red onion and toss to coat.
COMBINE mayonnaise, Mustard and RedHot; set aside.
SPREAD each bun with about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture. Top with hot dog, mango and slaw mixture. Drizzle with additional mayonnaise mixture.
