Baked Salmon with Mustard Tarragon Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Mix all ingredients except salmon in medium bowl.
  • 2 PLACE salmon, skin side down, on large baking sheet lined with non stick foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread half the mustard sauce evenly over salmon.
  • 3 BAKE just until salmon is opaque in center, about 15 minutes. Transfer salmon to platter and serve with remaining sauce.
