1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup dill pickle relish or chopped dill pickle
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 naan or flatbreads
4 slices bacon, cooked and cut-up
COMBINE Ketchup, mayonnaise and Mustard; divide mixture in half and set aside.
BROWN ground beef in nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in relish, 1 cup cheese and half of the Ketchup mixture. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
BRUSH each flatbread with about 1 tablespoon of reserved Ketchup mixture. Top with ground beef, bacon and remaining cheese. Grill 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with remaining Ketchup mixture and top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired.
Oven Method: Bake at 400°F 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
