4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil, optional
HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook chicken about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.
STIR remaining ingredients into skillet. Simmer 2 min. until slightly thickened, stirring.
ADD chicken to skillet. Heat through.
