4 tuna steaks
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
8 oz. snow peas
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
8 cups mixed salad greens
COMBINE orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Pour 1/3 cup mustard mixture over tuna. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
REMOVE tuna from marinade. Grill tuna to desired doneness. Arrange greens, snow peas and red pepper on serving platter. Top with tuna and serve with reserved dressing.
