How Flavor Infuser Works

3 Easy Steps

  • 1. Unscrew tip, remove seal and replace the infuser tip.
  • 2. Inject tip into meat. Squeeze tube while you slowly remove tip. Repeat in several areas to distribute marinade evenly. Pour remaining marinade over meat.
  • 3. Let stand for 10 minutes before cooking.
  • For best results, squeeze with firm, even pressure as you move infuser tip from deep within meat to the outer surface.*

  • Don't over pierce. Inject protein every 2 to 3 inches.

  • Keep injection areas evenly spaced to allow for even distribution of marinade.
