Zippy Zesty Swedish Meatloaves

This takes the "special occasion Swedish meatball treat" and makes it into an every day family dinner favorite.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

2 lb Ground chuck

2 Large eggs

1/2 cup Bread crumbs

1 cup Cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup Sour cream

2 cup Two percent milk

Directions:

Combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, worstechire, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Separate mixture into 6 portions and form into mini oval meatloaves. Preheat a large nonstick skillet to medium high heat and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray. When skillet comes to temperature, add meatloaves and cook five minutes on each side, turning once. Once cooked, remove meatloaves to serving dish, cover and set aside to keep warm. Return skillet to stove and over medium heat add the 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, spicy brown mustard and milk and stir until heated through, about 4 minutes. Pour over mini meatloaves and serve.
Serving suggestion: Serve garnished with fresh parsley over egg noodles.
