Ingredients:
1 tsp FRENCH'S® Mustard Products
12 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 lb Salmon Fillet
1/4 cup plus 2Tbls margarine melted
3/4 cup Best foods mayonaise
1 tsp Lemon pepper
1 tsp Garlic salt/powder
Directions:
Put 2Tbls of melted margarine in bottom of shallow baking pan, lay salmon fillet in pan and pour remaining margarine over the top of fish. Season with garlic and lemon pepper. Mix mayo and mustard together and spread over fish. Top with french fried onions. Bake at 375* for 20 to 30 min or until fish flakes. (also great on the grill.)
