Yummy Light Green-Bean Skillet Casserole

It is a quick, delicious and healthful dinner option.

Ingredients:

1.5 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 lb Fresh green beans

2 Garlic cloves

1 tsp Chicken soup base

1 tbsp Corn starch

1 cup water

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, add stemmed and washed green beans. Peel and rough chop garlic cloves, add to skillet along with 3/4 cup of water. Add 1 teaspoon of chicken soup base and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover, let simmer for 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp. 2. Combine 1/4 cup of cold water and 1 tablespoon corn starch in a bowl. Add to skillet a little at a time until pan juices become the consistency of gravy (not all cornstarch mix may be used). Toss green beans to coat. 3. Sprinkle with French's french fried onions, gently toss and serve.
