This is a quick and easy dish, which I usually pair up with either rice or mash potatoes, and a salad. It's also the only fish I can get my older son, who is a very very picky eater, to eat with no problem and sometimes he even asks for seconds.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1.5 lb salmon w/o skin steaks
1.5 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
First, pre-heat your oven to broil. Use oil to grease a sheet pan.
Then rinse off your salmon steaks, which is about three steaks and pat dry. Place on greased sheet pan. Sprinkle the salmon with the salt and pepper. Then top with the honey dijon, spread over the salmon steaks. Once this is done, you will shake the bread crumbs over that.
Now it's ready for the oven, on the lower rack for ten minutes and the last ten minutes I move it up to the top rack. It's done, when it's firm to the touch.
The aroma coming out of the oven when this is cooking, makes my family and me drool.
