My recipe brings smiles because it is easy to make and tastes great.
Ingredients:
8 tbsp FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
4 large burrito size flour tortillas
8 tbsp whippped cream cheese
24 thinly sliced pieces of roast beef
12 thinly sliced pieces of swiss cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Evenly spread cream cheese onto tortillas-about 2 TBS each, leaving an inch border around the edge with no cream cheese or other ingredients. Lightly crush onions and sprinkle evenly onto cream cheese-about 2 TBS each. Divide and distribute roast beef slices evenly onto onions-6 each. Place cheese slices on top of roast beef-3 each. Spread with mustard and roll up like a burrito, folding sides in and rolling up from the bottom. Place seam side down onto baking sheet and warm for 10-15 minutes. Cut in half or in inch slices for kids.
Serve with a salad and it makes a complete weekday dinner.
