Virginia Meatloaf

The sauce is the smile and thats the mustard!

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

8 tbsp FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

6 tbsp Ketchup

6 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 lb Ground Beef

5 crackers

2 Eggs

2 tsp Garlic Juice

Directions:

Mix first three ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
In large bowl mix all other ingredients. Crush crackers and fried onions before adding. Roll out as done with meatloaf. Pour half the sauce on and make loaf. Cover with 1/4 sauce and set remaining 1/4 aside to top after baking. Beka loaf 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with sauc. Can add brocoli to loaf before rolling or top with shredded cheddar cheese. serve as main meal or make sandwiches.
