Who doesn't love burgers and fries? These are the best and will feed a healthy appetite.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
6 baking potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
3 lb ground beef
1 lb pepper jack cheese, shredded
6 tbsp butter
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.Crush onions. Cut each potato into 6 wedges. Spread each wedge with mayonnaise. Coat with onions and place on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 50 minutes.
While fries are baking, mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into 12 patties. Combine butter, cheese and cilantro. Divide cheese mixture into 6 portions. Place each cheese portion on a patty and cover with another patty, pinching edges together. Cook on heated grill or in a heavy skillet 4 minutes each side or until desired doneness.
To serve, place on a bun with condiments. Place fries along side and enjoy.
Cheddar and blue cheese also work well. If you prefer not to use butter, it can be replaced with mayo, both keep burger moist.
