I have a dispute with some of the family wanting corn and some wanting green beans so I mixed them both together and it bring s a wonderful taste. The corn adds a sweetness and great bit to it as well. We don't eat mushrooms so the celery soup was a added hit.
Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products
15 oz French Green Beans
15 oz Whole Kernal Corn
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
10.5 oz Celery Soup
1 cup Ritz Crackers
8 tbsp Margarine
Directions:
Mix can of green beans, drained and can of corn drained with the cheddar cheese , sour cream and celery soup. Pour into greased baking dish.
Top with crushed crackers, and the stick of margarine melted. Then sprinkle French's Fried Onions over the top of that. Bake at 350' for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
