Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
4 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp garlic
6 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Add garlic cloves to water and peel potatoes and cut up boil your potatoes until tender in slightly salted water - once tender drain water and return potatoes to the pot - heat for 1 minute to dry out extra water in the potatoes - add butter, pepper, milk and mash potatoes - use a round casserole dish - spray with cooking spray and take 1/2 cup of French's Fried Onion and shake them around so they stick to the sides and bottom - add 1/2 potatoes top with 1/2 cup French's Fried Onion - add the rest of the potatoes topping with remainder of the French's Fried Onions - bake for 15-20 minutes 350 degree oven - until the onions are heated through
You can substitute your families favorite potatoes or try using French's Cheddar Fried Onions - you can hand mash or use an electric mixer to make the potatoes smoother
