Divide mix into 4 pieces. Divide each 1/4 of mixture into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a round- oblong shaped turkey. Brown turkeys until brown on all sides in a large non stick skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes. Add 2 cups broth and simmer, covered, until cooked about 25 minutes. Take off heat and let stand about 5 minutes. Put the rest of the can of fried onions in center of plate and place turkeys on top. Then sprinkle cooked corn around the edge.
Take care and wash hands when handling uncooked turkey. Salt is optional. The broth will not all be absorbed. You can add extra garnishs to the finished dish. Children will like to add tails(lettuce) and beaks(red pepper pieces). You are only limited by your imagination and what you have in your pantry. Serve with a honey mustard sauce.
